BUCCELLATI PRESENTS 'THE PRINCE OF GOLDSMITHS - BUCCELLATI REDISCOVERING THE CLASSICS’ SHANGHAI EXHIBITION

From the 7th of December 2025 to the 5th of January 2026, the Shanghai Exhibition Center will be the home to 'The Prince of Goldsmiths - Buccellati Rediscovering the Classics' exhibition - an immersive journey into Buccellati's artistic and artisanal heritage.

The exhibition opens with 'The Buccellati Generations', where butterfly-themed brooches by four Buccellati family members trace the Maison’s stylistic evolution, followed by 'An Italian Family Story', an intimate recreation of the family study displaying photos, documents and personal objects that highlight the lineage’s enduring role in preserving its heritage. Visitors then move into 'Man-made Wonders', three themed rooms exploring the dialogue between Buccellati craftsmanship and the arts, from couture-inspired accessories to architecture-inflected decorative pieces and creations honouring archaeology and antiquity.
In 'Natural Wonders', an immersive botanical setting frames pieces inspired by the natural world, including silver florals, Murano glass and iconic Furry Animals. 'The Buccellati Craftsmanship' corridor reveals the Maison’s artisanal tools, techniques and gestures through kaleidoscopic installations, culminating in a poetic film tribute to the Mosaico collection. The journey ends in 'The Gallery of the Icons’ , a monumental space evoking a timeless metaphysical setting, where a century of Buccellati masterpieces, from 1920 to today, is presented in an immersive display celebrating the eternal spirit of the Maison.
